Wind, hail, and heavy rain continue to damage homes across our service areas. That’s why RJI Professionals remains committed to helping homeowners through this crisis. How is RJI Professionals Staying Ahead of the Challenge?

We’re adapting our processes to meet today’s needs while continuing to serve our customers safely. We’ve implemented enhanced health and safety protocols and encourage employees to stay home if they have any signs of illness. We’ve also expanded our digital capabilities so clients can receive, review, and sign documents electronically. There’s no need for the traditional “sit down at the kitchen table” meeting. For now, even the familiar handshake is on hold.

To make the process as safe and convenient as possible, we also offer virtual sales calls and video appointments. This allows us to maintain the personal, face-to-face relationships our clients value while following current health guidelines.
