You will be asked to take a personality test. If a review of the test reveals that you have the traits that we are looking for, we will contact you for an interview. If you pass the interview, we will offer you a sales position with a signing bonus. Our salespeople assist customers in every way from roofing sales to siding and window sales throughout Colorado, Minnesota, Montana, Texas and Wisconsin.
We are also a leader in gutter sales, including seamless gutters. We believe in showing customers that they have the best options and service available to them. This is especially true after a storm when homeowners are dealing with insurance claims and need assistance along the way.
ROOFING SALES
To work with RJI in roofing sales, candidates should meet the following qualifications and requirements:
- Ability to spend over half of your time traveling
- Experience in outside sales and an in-depth understanding of the construction industry
- Reliable transportation
- Draw against commission duringthe first year of up to $75,000. The top 25% earn more.
SALES MANAGER
Sales managers are responsible for hiring, training, and leading existing and new sales employees. The requirements are:
- At least two years in roofing sales management
- Previous experience in construction or industrial sales
- Ability to travel frequently
- Firm understanding of the remodeling and construction industry
- Compensation is base salary plus commission. Also includes benefits.
REMODELING SALES
A remodeling salesperson makes in-home demonstrations and presentations of various products that apply to them. The requirements are:
- At least two years of residential remodeling sales experience
- Previous industrial or construction sales experience
- Ability to travel frequently
- Firm understanding of the remodeling and construction industry
- Ability to self-generate leads
PRODUCTION MANAGER
The production manager hires, trains, and leads the production team while overseeing each project from the point of sale through final completion. Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- At least two years in construction project management
- Previous experience in industrial sales and construction
- Firm understanding of the remodeling and construction industry
- Ability to travel frequently
COMMERCIAL SALES
A remodeling salesperson makes in-home demonstrations and presentations of various products that apply to them. The requirements are:
- At least two years in commercial sales
- Previous industrial or construction sales experience is required
- Firm understanding of the commercial construction industry
- Able to travel often
