RJI Professionals remains committed to protecting the safety of our employees, homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and local insurance adjusters. As many states issue shelter-in-place and stay-at-home orders, construction services have been deemed an essential business.

Your home is your greatest shelter and barrier from the virus affecting so many communities. At the same time, storms aren’t taking time off or practicing social distancing. Wind, hail, and heavy rain continue to damage homes across our service areas. That’s why RJI Professionals remains committed to helping homeowners through this crisis. We understand that storm damage can displace families from the safety of their homes. Without a prompt inspection and timely repairs, that damage can quickly become worse.

How is RJI Professionals Staying Ahead of the Challenge?

We’re adapting our processes to meet today’s needs while continuing to serve our customers safely. We’ve implemented enhanced health and safety protocols and encourage employees to stay home if they have any signs of illness. We’ve also expanded our digital capabilities so clients can receive, review, and sign documents electronically. There’s no need for the traditional “sit down at the kitchen table” meeting. For now, even the familiar handshake is on hold.

We know homeowners still need roofs, windows, and siding repaired or replaced to protect the integrity and value of their homes. To make the process as safe and convenient as possible, we also offer virtual sales calls and video appointments. This allows us to maintain the personal, face-to-face relationships our clients value while following current health guidelines.
